After being in hospital intensive care with sepsis and critical illness neuropathy I was able to come home with a care package linked to Heritage Staffing.
The carers who worked with and supported me were professional, competent and caring. They were able to develop a strong bond with me and gave me confidence to look forward to recovering to the best of my ability.
In terms of their visits they were efficient and effective. The company were able to identify personnel who would be consistent and where there was any change then I would be notified.
If there were delays to their schedule then they would be considerate enough to inform me and I have found them to be reliable and trustworthy. As my recovery progressed the carers would encourage and support me in tackling my challenges.
Overall, they were a huge boost to me with their care, understanding and above all their warmth and humour. Dialogue was good and they would listen to me, my observations and my comments and where appropriate would act on them.
Heritage Staffing is a company I would rate highly and they provided a great service.
